Greetings!
Hi all! I'm Yex, Cadet #5611. My first Aquabats show, which was my first concert in general, was in 2005 when I was 15. Around 2005-2008, I adventured around Southern California, amidst went to a bunch of Bats shows, sometimes in pirate regalia. A highlight of that era was getting to attend the Summit in 2006x Around 2009 I set forth for the Pacific Northwest, and became a forest druid amongst the evergreens, always holding the Aquabats close to my heart despite the decreased frequency with which I got to see them play live. Now I live in Seattle, and a few days ago I got to take my 10-year-old daughter to her own first concert, which was also the Aquabats. We both had a blast. I guess that's the way the whole darned human comedy keeps perpetuatin' itself down through the generations. Tell your mom, tell your dad — we were super rad.
