Breathing and existing are good - I highly recommend that you continue practicing both! Like you, I've subjected many a co-worker to unsolicited promotion of the 'Bats. I then point to the band's "Seriously The Best Band In the World" shirt merch and say "Hey, I wouldn't be playing their music it if it weren't true. Would this shirt lie?"
